CONE MILL FOR WET AND DRY SIZING

The SARAL Multi Mill is a rigid milling device that rotates blades to size material. Depending on the sieve used the particle size is generated, the smaller the hole size will lead to more time consumption and vice versa. Machine is direct driven type.
The material is loaded into the Multi Mill through a charging hopper gradually and then after sizing the material comes out of the discharge hopper and collected in a bin.
Here knife edges are mounted on a rotor which is rotating on vertical axis.
It is used to downsize dry granules using blades and cylindrical sieve.
