• All components coming in contact with product mix are made from SS 316 L quality are highly polished.
• Chopper housing is entirely made of S.S. having special seals. Three separate chopper housing for each bowl are provided with common motor and drive.
• Separate bowls of 3,5 and 10 lits. capacity having common base or pedestal. All bowls can be locked with wing nut from the bottom.
• Main impeller is having unique design and blade angle, thus pushing the material radially outward. Entire impeller is thoroughly machined.
• Bowls are with separate discharge assembly with independent discharge facility for all three bowls.
• Machine with cabinet for storing remaining two bowls.
• Discharge piston is made of P.T.F.E.
• PLC arrangement with variable drive to have same tip speed for all three capacities to arrive at uniform results of granulation.

Safety Features
  • All the moving parts of the machine are totally enclosed in S. S. Side Panel.
  • The drive side panels are interlocked with pressure switch through Pneumatic limit switch Pneumatic limit switch.
  • The Proximity sensors are provided near top lid.
  • All corners rounded, to avoid accidental cuts.
  • The emergency stop button is provided to stop the machine in case of emergency.
  • The common pressure switch is provided for Incoming air pressure low.
